JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A 27-year-old man is now charged with three counts of attempted murder following a shooting at a party in Pinson Sunday night.
Steven Tyler Whitehead is in the Jefferson County Jail. Previously, authorities said he was charged with murder.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies say a 21-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and 18-year-old Kimber Mills were shot in the 7900 block of Highway 75 North in Pinson.
Deputies say a fourth victim, a 20-year-old woman, was taken to a hospital by a personal vehicle.
Each charge carries a bond of $60,000 for a total of $180,000. More charges may be pending as the investigation continues, according to deputies.
