John Terry has revealed he is dreaming of becoming Chelsea head coach but fears he’ll never be given the opportunity to manage his beloved club.
Terry is one of the biggest legends in Chelsea history, winning 15 major trophies during his 22-year spell at Stamford Bridge from 1995 to 2017.
He made 717 appearances for the Blues, helping the west London side clinch five Premier League titles, five FA Cups and the Champions League.
The 44-year-old spent three years as assistant head coach of Aston Villa from 2018 to 2021 following the end of his remarkable playing career.
Terry then worked as in a coaching consultancy role at Chelsea before joining Dean Smith’s coaching staff at Leicester City.
