Police said a West Rutland man damaged an apartment window, a gun shop door and the back of a police cruiser in three separate incidents.

Ean Bruno, 27, pleaded not guilty Monday in Bennington County criminal court, which was handling some of Rutland County’s cases for the day, to a felony charge of unlawful mischief and a misdemeanor charge of giving false information to a police officer. The charges carry a potential combined maximum of six years in prison.
