A dog in Pierce County was rescued from its owner after a Ring Camera filmed a man allegedly abusing the dog on Friday.

Pierce County Animal Control received the initial report, along with Ring Camera footage, of a man punching and kicking a small dog, the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) announced .

The man appears to be abusing the dog in the front yard of a residence, and can be seen lifting the dog by its fur while punching it.
