SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Polls are open on Tuesday for voters in Spartanburg and Greenville Counties in special election primaries for SC Senate District 12 and SC House District 21.
Roger Nutt stepped down from his seat in Senate District 12 for health reasons, and three candidates are vying for it:
Justin Bradley - former Spartanburg County councilman
Hope Blackley - served as clerk of court for Spartanburg County
Lee Bright - former senator who previously held the District 12 seat
