Firefighters had to be scrambled after a car went up in flames in south Manchester last night (Monday).
The drama unfolded on Southmoor Road in Wythenshawe just after 7:30pm.
Pictures showed bright orange flames lapping up from a car.
Stunned fellow motorists looked on as a fire engine was dispatched, and a crew set about extinguishing the flames.
There have been no reports of anyone being hurt.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “At just after 7.30pm on Monday 20 th October, fire crews were called to reports of a vehicle fire on Southmoor Road, Manchester.
