Arrest warrant issued for man accused of opening fire in Silver Spring parking lot

3Silver Spring, MD – A 33-year-old man is wanted for attempted first-degree murder after allegedly firing multiple rounds at a victim seated in a parked vehicle during a July domestic dispute in Silver Spring, investigators announced Friday.

Montgomery County detectives are actively searching for Deondray Darnell Osborne, who they say arrived in a silver Chrysler Pacifica with Maryland tags (4FC4143) before opening fire on July 20 around 4:27 p.m. in the 8000 block of 16th Street.

According to police, Osborne fired several shots at the victim from outside the vehicle, striking the car multiple times before fleeing the scene. The victim was not hit.

Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant charging Osborne with attempted first-degree murder and other related offenses.
