CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Four men were charged after police discovered marijuana during a vehicle search in northeast Charlotte.
On Sept. 28, Charlotte-Mecklenburg officers in the University City division responded to an anonymous complaint about loitering in a parking lot in the 3100 block of Brockhampton Court.
When officers arrived on scene, a car was seen blocking in other cars. Officers also noted that there was a smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
Police say they arrested four individuals in the car, who were allegedly armed with multiple weapons. A search of the vehicle yielded firearms as well as suspected marijuana.
