WEBER COUNTY, Utah — Interstate 84 is fully closed as crews clean up the scene of a tanker truck crash.

The Utah Department of Transportation initially announced only a partial closure of the right shoulder around 2 p.m. Then around 3:45, UDOT announced that both lanes were closed.

Utah Highway Patrol officials told FOX 13 News that a semi-truck tipped over and was spilling liquid fertilizer.
