NORWOOD, Mass. —

Three juveniles are facing charges for their alleged involvement in an armed robbery and subsequent shooting in Norwood, Massachusetts, on Sept. 9.

According to Norwood police, the trio lured a victim to the area of Irving Street under the pretense of a marijuana transaction.

When the victim showed up, the three suspects allegedly robbed him at gunpoint, shooting him in the lower torso.

The victim survived his injuries.

Investigators say the three suspects acted together and that this was not a random act.

Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in Norwest Woods, where police allegedly found more evidence to link the three suspects to the crime.
