New breaches were found by CQC inspectors at Coventry's Caludon Centre. As a result, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has issued an 'improvements needed' rating for the centre.
Inspectors visited the Caludon Centre, which is run by the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, as part of routine monitoring of services. They visited acute wards for adults of working age and psychiatric intensive care units (PICU).
The CQC had previously found breaches of regulation during an earlier inspection related to safe care and treatment and good management. "While the trust had made improvements and addressed these concerns, inspectors found new breaches of regulation in both safe care and treatment and good management during this latest visit," the CQC said.
The CQC has again rated
