PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An Arizona man linked to a deadly terror attack that killed six people in Australia in 2022 has entered into a plea agreement.
Donald Day Jr. from Heber pleaded guilty to a felony charge of being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.
In December 2023, Day was arrested and charged for allegedly inciting a “religiously-motivated terrorist attack” in Australia that resulted in the deaths of two police officers and an innocent bystander.
The attack was carried out by Gareth Train, his brother Nathaniel Train, and Nathaniel’s wife Stacey Train when they ambushed four police officers investigating a missing person report. Police later killed the three attackers.
