Clouds on the horizon in the picture and radar showing some showers and embedded thunder moving towards us. The main concerns with these initial lines are downpours and winds that could gust 40-50, especially to our west in Ohio.
Other than that, expect blustery and chilly weather over the next few days with occasional lake effect rain showers. Rumbles of thunder are possible and even some waterspouts on the lake.
As usual with lake effect, the places that get the most rain will depend on wind direction. Right now it appears that the heaviest rain will fall in the lakeshore counties of Ashtabula, Erie and Chautauqua where up to 2 inches or more could fall through Friday.
