A self-proclaimed Trump "adviser" has defended a pastor who caught backlash online after scolding a woman for only donating $1,200 to a church.

Speaking of Marvin Winans, who was caught in the now-viral video, Darrell Scott defended the church leader after the criticism online.

“Marvin Winans is one of the greatest gospel singers of all time, has Pastored for over 30 years, and has done great work for the Kingdom of God,” Scott wrote on X. “This video is out of context. His son, Marvin Winans jr has been to the White House supporting President Trump many times since 2017.”
