A now-retired Presbyterian pastor will spend six months on house arrest with electronic monitoring for being one of the top customers at a massage parlor raided last year for selling sexual services.

Stephen R. Melton’s sentence was the result of negotiations that saw him plead no contest in September to one felony count of buying services from someone involved in human trafficking.
