An Arkansas man facing a murder charge after allegedly killing his daughter's alleged abuser is running for sheriff in the same county where he is awaiting trial. Aaron Spencer, an army veteran and farmer, announced his candidacy a year after authorities say he shot and killed a man who had been out on bond after being charged with numerous sexual offenses. NBC News' George Solis reports on the story.
