The popular restaurant, known for its pizza, had previously closed on Tuesdays to provide a work-life balance for its employees when staffing was limited.

Now, with sufficient staff, the pizzeria is ready to meet customer demand by expanding its operating days. "We've been so busy Wednesday through Sunday that we thought that by opening up on Tuesday it would actually take a little pressure off of the employees," said Rita Caputo, owner and manager of Red Rose Pizzeria.

Red Rose Pizzeria will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays
