Almost 18 months after his departure, Sheldon Keefe finally got one over on his old team Tuesday night.

The Toronto Maple Leafs were unable to skate with Keefe’s New Jersey Devils, allowing Craig Berube’s predecessor behind the Leafs bench to earn his first win against them with a 5-2 victory. The Leafs had gone 3-0 against the Devils since Keefe left in May, 2024.
