PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) - Town officials in Plattsburgh are holding off on the approval or denial of a potential ICE facility.

Hundreds of people crowded in, voicing their concerns over the proposal.

The sheriff’s office says the proposed plan would house Homeland Security Investigations or HSI, a division under ICE.

The General Services Administration hasn’t said who or what the facility will be used for and didn’t show up to the meeting.
