FARGO — In a virtual town hall on Tuesday night, Oct. 21, Rep. Julie Fedorchak, R-N.D., repeatedly called the ongoing government shutdown "disappointing," blaming Democrats for the stalemate.
Fedorchak said it is important to end the shutdown, but noted that Republicans need the votes to do so. Tuesday marked the sixth time Fedorchak held a forum with constituents, but with the shutdown entering its third week, the topic dominated the discussion.
"I'm as disappointed as all of you. I strongly dislike this, it's very frustrating," Fedorchak said.
