The domestic market is closed on Wednesday on account of Balipratipada, trading activities will resume tomorrow following the mid-week festival holidays.

Equity indices ended marginally higher in the special Muhurat Trading session on Tuesday, with the Nifty closing over 25,800 and Sensex at 84,400 level.

Both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE were open for trading from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM, marking the beginning of Samvat 2082.

At the end of the session, Nifty ended at 25,868.60, up 25.45 points or 0.10 per cent, and Sensex closed at 84,426.34, up 62.97 points or 0.07 per cent. Nifty midcap 100 and smallcap indices settled with 0.11 per cent and 0.52 per cent gains.
