LUBBOCK, Texas (KFDA) - Canyon ISD schools dominated regional cross country competition Tuesday, with multiple teams and individuals qualifying for the UIL state meet across several classifications.

Boys Region I-5A

Palo Duro’s Abdihafit Mohamed qualified individually in Region I-5A with a fourth-place finish.

Girls Region I-4A results

The Canyon Lady Eagles won their second straight regional championship with 25 points, placing four runners in the top 10.

Addison Bristow led the Lady Eagles with her third straight Region I-4A individual title. Presli Pool finished second, Michaela Sharber placed fifth overall, and Crickette Morris rounded out Canyon’s top 10 finishers with an eighth-place finish.

Randall finished second with 58 points and will make its 17th state meet appearance. Re
