Legendary Australian batter and former captain Allan Border wants Aussies to drop all-rounder Cameron Green from the playing XI for the first Test of the upcoming Ashes series. The first Test of the 2025-26 Ashes series between Australia and England will be played at Optus Stadium in Perth from November 21 to 25. According to Border, who was the first Australian batter to score 10,000 runs in Test cricket, Green’s technique is not suitable for the No. 3 batter’s role in Test cricket.
