Gemma Atkinson has responded to fans after fans were left confused thinking she and Gorka Marquez had secretly got married.

The couple met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, but they weren't actually paired together, with Gemma dancing with pro Aljaz Skorjanec and Gorka competing with singer Alexandra Burke.

Both pairings made the final but romance didn't blossom for Gemma and Gorka until they took part in the Strictly Live tour, with the two going official with their romance after it came to an end in early 2018.

The pair also got engaged in 2021, with Gorka popping the question on Valentine's Day, but the lovebirds have previously said they' haven't been in a rush to tie the knot.
