Aside from the wind, yesterday was a rare cool day this October in the Ozarks. Temperatures this morning are the coldest of the fall season so far, and we'll warm to a nice afternoon today. Thursday is also seasonal before rainy and gloomy weather moves in on Friday and lingers through the weekend.

Temperatures will be in the low 70s today and tomorrow with much lighter winds from the southwest. Temperatures tonight will once again be chilly in the low 40s, but frost is unlikely tonight.

A slow-moving soaking rain system will move into the area on Friday and linger through Sunday. Cool and showery weather will begin Friday morning, with Friday being an overall rainy day. Showers will be more scattered on Saturday, and just a few isolated light showers may remain by Sunday morning. Temper
