OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Widespread 30s are on the map as we start out this First Alert 6 Weather Day on a frosty note. A frost advisory is in place through 9am this morning followed by quickly warming temperatures.
Many of the same areas are in a frost advisory tonight into early Thursday morning as we’re likely to do this all over again. Even a few areas in our northern counties are in a freeze warning. Uncover the plants today then cover them back up before sunset tonight if you want to save them!
In between the chill the morning and the frosty temps returning tonight, we should get a very enjoyable day with highs in the 60s and less wind. Some NW gusts to 20 mph are possible.
After we get past the frosty temps early Thursday morning, we should be able to avoid it for about another week.
