Stacey Hatfield , an Australian nutritionist and food influencer who championed a toxin-free lifestyle, died after giving birth at home, her husband said in a post on Instagram . She was 30. In an emotional tribute, Nathan Warnecke said his “wife, soulmate and best friend” passed away on Sept. 29. She had successfully delivered their firstborn son, Axel, when, he wrote, “an unforeseen and extremely rare complication arose.” Warnecke said Hatfield was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors made every effort to save her, but she did not survive.
