UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) - The Bomb Squad and University Heights police officers were called out to a home late Tuesday after “suspicious material” was found.

The incident happened in the 4300 block of Groveland Rd.

Police had Groveland Road closed between Wrenford and Milton Roads for several hours and residents had to shelter in place.

According to police, the scene was secured around midnight and the investigation is ongoing.
