The Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) has reported significant progress under the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) 5.0, launched nationwide on October 2, 2025.
As part of the campaign, MoES conducted 54 cleanliness drives and reviewed over 500 files, leading to the disposal of 192 outdated records. The ministry also addressed 3 PMO references, 3 state government communications, 2 MP queries, and 9 public grievances. Efficient scrap management, including e-waste, generated revenue exceeding ₹33.23 lakhs and freed approximately 8,750 square feet of space.
