Bregman is opting out of his three-year, $120 million contract and re-entering the free-agent marketplace after a bounce-back season with the Red Sox.
The 31-year-old earned his third All-Star nod while taking over for Rafael Devers at third base. While the Red Sox remain interested in keeping Bregman, he’s sure to have Hot Stove suitors.
