Legendary broadcaster Bryant Gumbel was reportedly hospitalized on Monday (October 20) after suffering a "medical emergency" at his apartment in New York City, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to TMZ .
Gumbel, 77, was reportedly rushed to the hospital just after 9:00 p.m. local time after being taken out of his building on a gurney. The former TODAY and Real Sports host remained hospitalized on Tuesday (October 21), however, a family member told TMZ that he was "okay," despite not revealing additional details about his condition.
