Nearly two years after the $60 million RISE Doro complex in Jacksonville burned down days before its scheduled opening in January 2024, the luxury apartments are now available for lease.
Reconstruction has been underway since January, and News4JAX news partner the Jacksonville Daily Record recently reported that doors and balconies were among the signs of progress at the East Adams Street building.
According to a social media ad for RISE Doro, the complex is now leasing studios, lofts, and 1- & 2-bedroom apartments for 2026.
“Premier Downtown Jacksonville living with entertainment and sports just steps away,” the ad read.
