Chilly temperatures arrive this week for eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, especially Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Omaha's Weather Leader has deemed Wednesday and Thursday "impact" days for frost and freeze potential in the mornings.

Areas of frost are possible and there's potential for a few spots to drop below freezing across parts of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa with low temperatures Wednesday morning tumbling into the low-to-mid 30s.
