Police have issued an appeal for dashcam and CCTV footage after they received reports that a man carried out an indecent act in Chatham. The alleged incident happened in Roosevelt Avenue at about 6am on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Officers attended the scene and continue to carry out enquiries into the incident. The man is described as being about 5ft 8in, of stocky build and wearing dark coloured clothing.

Residents and anyone who may have been in the area, including in nearby Ironside Close between 5.30am and 6.30am are asked to check for any relevant footage. Anyone with information should contact Kent Police on 01634 792209 quoting reference 46/182404/25.
