The Orlando Magic begin the 2025-26 season on Wednesday by hosting the Miami Heat at the Kia Center, and if you’re wondering how to catch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

The Magic tip off their 37th year with heightened expectations, after making a flurry of offseason moves. The organization acquired Desmond Bane from the Memphis Grizzlies, while also signing Tyus Jones and drafting Jase Richardson (25th) and Noah Penda (32nd).

Adding those players alongside rising players in Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs, Orlando enters the season with the eighth-highest title odds (plus-1800). The group is hopeful to make a deep run and take advantage of a seemingly wide-open Eastern Conference.

On the other side, the Heat are projected nationally to be in the hunt for a spot in the play-in tournament after a relatively quiet offseason: They acquired Simone Fontecchio from Detroit and selected Kasparas Jakučionis with the 20th pick in the draft.

The team will begin the season with some uncertainty surrounding its rotations after experiencing injuries and other related issues throughout the preseason. But coach Erik Spoelstra is embracing "the unknown" and is looking forward to seeing how the roster responds to begin the season.

The Heat and Magic are meeting for the eighth time on opening night. Orlando holds a 6-1 record in the previous seven matchups, including a 116-97 win in Miami last year.
