Suspicious package leads to road closure in Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) - The Greenville Police Department reported they are temporarily closing certain roads after they found a suspicious package.

Authorities said East North Street, between Spartanburg Street & Cabot Court in Greenville will be temporarily closed. There is no current estimate as for when the road will be reopened to the public.

The Greenville Police Department asks that people avoid the area and plan alternative routes.
