A Teesside football club which has won trophies while focusing on men's health has gained national attention.

Teesside Erimus Football Club has made the headlines on BBC Breakfast, BBC One's flagship morning show. The club started three years ago and welcomes men with a BMI of over 27.5, with more than 100 members collectively losing more than 3,000lbs in weight so far.

It runs numerous sessions a week including training sessions for the club's 11-a-side team, which last season won the Yorkshire XL division and is currently on a 16 game league unbeaten streak.
