FAIRFIELD, Ohio (WXIX) - A 19-year-old is dead after a crash occurred in Fairfield Monday morning.

The Butler County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Alexis Clinebell, of Moscow.

The crash happened at the intersection of Ross Road and Woodridge Boulevard around 2:52 a.m.

When emergency crews arrived, they found a vehicle that flipped over multiple times and two people injured.

One person was taken to the University of Cincinnati’s West Chester Hospital, Fairfield Police Major Rebecca Ervin said.

The other victim, identified as Clinebell, died from blunt impact to the head and neck, according to the coroner’s office.

It is unknown what caused the crash.

This is an ongoing investigation.
