The 17-year-old critically hurt in a hit-and-run motorcycle crash in Council Bluffs is on life support and awaiting organ donation, the family confirmed to KETV.
The crash happened Saturday night along North Broadway near Hoover Elementary School. Investigators said a truck, driven by 52-year-old Jason Lee Evans, rear-ended a motorcycle, driven by Hayden Baker.

Evans left the scene and was later located by officers, Council Bluffs police said. A search warrant was granted for his blood as he was showing signs of impairment, according to investigators.
Council Bluffs police said warrants will be issued for Evans' arrest after the toxicology results are complete and charges are pending at this time .
Baker is a student at Lewis Central High School, and also enrolled
