An Omaha man accused in a federal trafficking case is facing new charges. A superseding indictment against Chad Alioth was filed on Tuesday.
According to the document, a federal grand jury indicted Alioth on six charges, including a second count of human trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transporting for prostitution.
The new indictment accuses Alioth of trafficking a second victim between Nov. 1, 2023, and Feb. 27, 2025. A third victim was allegedly trafficked between Oct. 10, 2024, and Nov. 7, 2024.
Court documents show Alioth is also now facing four charges in Douglas County court. The criminal complaint alleges he sexually assaulted two children, between the ages of 12 and 15 years old, in September and October 2024.
Alioth is scheduled to make his first
