BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — According to court documents, attorneys for Bryan Kohberger are challenging a request for additional restitution payments. Prosecutors filed for a combined $27,330 to cover expenses for the families of victims Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen.

The itemized statement, filed under seal, reportedly pertains to travel and accommodations, according to Kohberger’s defense. Arguments will be presented in court in two weeks.

In July, Kohberger admitted to killing four University of Idaho students, including Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, in their off-campus home in Moscow. He was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences in prison without the possibility of parole and also convicted of one count of burglary.
