PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - The next court appearance for the three men charged in connection with Amber Spradlin’s death has been postponed.
WYMT confirmed with officials with the Pike County Circuit Court Clerk Office that the next pretrial conference for Josh Mullins, Michael McKinney and M.K. McKinney was pushed back to 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 6.
No reason was given as to why the pretrial conference was delayed.
Spradlin was found dead in June 2023.
M.K. McKinney was charged with murder in the case.
WYMT reported earlier in the week that prosecutors were seeking to have the murder trial postponed.
