CHILLICOTHE — The Chillicothe Police Department handled a variety of incidents throughout the city on Tuesday, Oct. 21, including theft reports, trespassing calls, and traffic violations, according to the department’s daily media log.

The day began with several traffic-related stops. Around 7:30 a.m., officers cited a motorist on Lille Street for failing to stop and sound a horn at an alley intersection, followed by a restricted U-turn violation on Yoctangee Parkway near Allen Avenue just 15 minutes later.

The first theft complaint came in at 8:37 a.m. from North Bridge Street, with officers noting that the investigation remains ongoing. Later that morning, police were called to East Main Street for a reported theft, as well as to Dollar General on Central Center for a disorderly custome
