CHILLICOTHE — A Chillicothe man is facing a felonious assault charge after police say a domestic dispute between brothers ended in gunfire Saturday afternoon, leading investigators to confiscate dozens of firearms, drugs, and nearly $13,000 in cash from a Winona Boulevard home.
According to Chillicothe Police Detective Adam Steele, officers were called to 146 Winona Blvd. on October 18, 2025 , after reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they detained Albert Scoles , who allegedly shot his brother, Andrew Scoles , during an altercation in their garage.
Andrew was found hiding in the home’s attic with a gunshot wound to the leg . He was taken to Adena Regional Medical Center , where detectives photographed the injury. Andrew told police he had been working on a vehic
