The Washington Commanders are going to have to figure out how to defeat their next opponent without the services of Jayden Daniels.
Daniels suffered a hamstring injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s matchup against the Dallas Cowboys and did not return. This was not a good sign for him since he had already missed two games this season with a knee injury.
Commanders head coach Dan Quinn stated that Daniels would undergo an MRI, and the news clearly wasn’t good.
Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels is set to miss his third game of the season on Monday night against the Chiefs as a result of the low-grade hamstring strain, according to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport adds that Daniels’ injury is “not long-term at all.”
