The Garrett Wilson era in New York might be over soon.

The New York Jets are in the midst of an all-time terrible season, so naturally, trade rumors are starting to emerge. The Jets are widely expected to be sellers at the upcoming NFL trade deadline.

Over a week ago, Garrett Wilson suffered a hyperextended knee in a Week 6 loss to the Denver Broncos in London and was expected to be sidelined “a couple of weeks.”

When asked about Wilson’s availability for Week 8, head coach Aaron Glenn stated, “I’m really hoping he plays, but I recognize how these injuries can be.”

The team’s best offensive weapon was inactive for Sunday’s game, which saw them fall to 0–7 with a 13–6 loss to the Carolina Panthers.
