Walmart's Thanksgiving meal can feed 10 for about $40. What's in it?

Walmart has trimmed the price of its annual Thanksgiving meal deal to less than $4 per person, down from less than $7 per person in 2024.

The retailing giant has assembled a holiday meal with more than 20 items including a 13.5-pound Butterball turkey – priced at 97 cents per pound – estimated to serve 10 people for less than $40 (actual price: $39.93). That's the lowest price Walmart has offered since starting the promotion in 2022, the company said in a news release .
