A third arrest has been made in connection with the 2024 murder of Noah Campbell in Virginia, authorities announced.

Alijah L. Robinson, 19, of Culpeper, is facing murder and felony charges amid the ongoing investigation into Campbell's death in September of last year, according to police.

Two other men, Jayden Penn, then 18, was arrested a month after the deadly shooting. Malik Towler was taken into custody earlier this year in March.

“This arrest is the result of an extensive and continuing investigation by our detectives, whose dedication and hard work made this possible," Police Chief Chris Settle said in a statement.

"I want to thank the US Marshals Service for their outstanding assistance and partnership throughout this case, the Culpeper County Criminal Justice Services, as well as the Culpeper County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for their continued support and guidance."

Robinson was charged with:

  • First-degree murder;
  • Use of a firearm in the commission of a felony;
  • Conspiracy to commit robbery.

Settle added that "we remain committed to identifying and bringing to justice anyone who may have been involved in the murder of Noah Campbell, as well as anyone who assisted those responsible after the fact."

A judge ordered Robinson to be held without bond at the Central Virginia Regional Jail.

Additional charges are pending as the investigation continues.
