COLUMBIANA CITY The former Rite Aid building in Columbiana is seeking new tenants.

J. Arnold Property Management purchased the building located at 14973 S. Ave, Columbiana , on October 14 for $2.25 million.

The former drugstore, built in 2008, will be remodeled and converted into five retail spaces. According to Jon Arnold, CEO of the business, several parties are showing interest in the space, including restaurants and a healthcare facility.

Arnold said there has been a great interest in these spaces.
