Despite notable backlash, the NFL is not considering dropping Bad Bunny as the halftime performer for this season’s Super Bowl. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell affirmed that stance on Wednesday, as reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter .

Bad Bunny was announced as the SB halftime show performer back in September .

“It’s carefully thought through,” Goodell said, per Schefter . “I’m not sure we’ve ever selected an artist where we didn’t have some blowback or criticism. It’s pretty hard to do when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching.”
